24 Weeks 1 Day

This will be quick because it's almost time for me to leave. There was some drama with my job last week. They told me they would not be able to "accomodate" a 30 hour/week schedule, but then Angela went behind my back and told my boss Jean what was going on. It's a good thing she did because since Jean got involved, she is working everything out so that I can work 11-5 every day! That will be so nice if it really does work out! Hopefully our baby boy will only have to be in daycare 4-5 hours a day that way.

We have been calling our baby Burton for about a month now, so most likely that is going to be his name. I REALLY like it now and I don't care if other people don't like it! Brandon calls him Little B, it's SO cute!!

My parents and sister are coming to visit tomorrow and I am very excited to see them! Hopefully we will finish the nursery while they are here. They are bringing me all kinds of goodies! The baby's crib, dresser, and stroller!

Burton has been very active lately and I just love to lay there and watch him kick away! It's the coolest feeling in the world. I try not to get too anxious about him getting here because I want to enjoy the moment, but I can't wait to meet him either!!!

I really don't know what I have done in my life to be so blessed, but things just always seem to work out for us and I am SO extremely grateful for that. I feel like this baby is supposed to be here at this time because so far everything is just falling into place!

Reading about your pregnancy makes me nostalgic! Wow- you're more than halfway through-- I love the name Burton...he'd better like to snowboard.
